無(wú)論你是在哪個(gè)領(lǐng)域,你工作的很大一部分內(nèi)容會(huì)涉及到請(qǐng)求或提供幫助。因此當(dāng)別人打電話或過(guò)來(lái)請(qǐng)你幫忙是,無(wú)論他們是你的客戶還是老板,要微笑著回答,"How may I help you?" 或是"What can I do for you?"千萬(wàn)小心不要只是回答一句, "What do you want?"這句話聽(tīng)起來(lái)相待的粗魯,特別是用錯(cuò)了音調(diào)的話更可怕(句子末尾的降調(diào)會(huì)使之聽(tīng)上去非常的不禮貌)。
I'm sorry/I will
當(dāng)事情發(fā)生問(wèn)題時(shí),任何人都不希望聽(tīng)到的是借口。因此首先要道歉,然后采取行動(dòng)。如果你回答不出問(wèn)題或是不能完成某人的請(qǐng)求時(shí),就用"I'm sorry ? 開(kāi)始。這是避免沖突的最好的方式。例如,說(shuō)"I'm sorry, I don't know the answer."但是不要就此停止!接著說(shuō)出你將要做的內(nèi)容。"But I will find out." "I'm sorry"表示出你對(duì)他們的關(guān)心,用"I will"表示你會(huì)幫助他們以安慰他們的情緒。
Would you mind?/Could you?/I'd appreciate.
除非你是top dog(老板),你不要讓別人覺(jué)得你是在發(fā)號(hào)施令。用疑問(wèn)句比用陳述句更能表達(dá)你的請(qǐng)求。"Would you mind looking at this report?"或是"Could you take a look at this?"比以下的句子更恰當(dāng),"Look at this report."當(dāng)你禮貌的提出請(qǐng)求時(shí),同事會(huì)更樂(lè)意答應(yīng)你!
In my opinion/I'm afraid I don't agree
在工作中,要討論新的想法或是項(xiàng)目時(shí),你需要用禮貌的方式來(lái)解釋你的想法或是表示你不同意。將短語(yǔ)"In my opinion ?用在句首來(lái)告訴聽(tīng)者你希望獲得各種各樣的不同意見(jiàn)。如果你不贊同某人,不要說(shuō), "That's the dumbest1 idea I've ever heard!" 而說(shuō),"I'm afraid I don't agree."小心選擇你的用詞還讓和你共同協(xié)作的人更愿意聽(tīng)你的意見(jiàn)!
