Good morning !
It is really my honor to have this opportunity for a interview，I hope I can make a good performance today. I'm confident that I can succeed.
Now I will introduce myself briefly.
I am 26 years old，born in shandong province .I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.I spend most of my time on study，i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In July 20xx， I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities， so I decided to change my job.
And in August 20xx，I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment， I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company， so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.
I think I'm a good team player and I'm a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

我叫XXX，是XXX大學的學生，我在X鎮(zhèn)從事志愿服務工作已經有五個多月了，7月至8月份主要是熟悉環(huán)境、適應工作和自我學習，較快地進入了工作狀態(tài)。9月份至10月份主要是對我鎮(zhèn)柏松村新升級站點技術員進行培訓，在培訓過程中，嚴格按照市遠教辦和鎮(zhèn)領導安排，結合柏松村技術員的實際情況，高標準，嚴要求，通過住村手把手、買教材、買光盤等多種培訓方式，使該站點技術員很快掌握了電腦的基本操作和安全維護知識。11月份和12月份，我逐步掌握了工作技巧和方法，在完成辦公室各項遠程教育文件、簡報、報表、總結的上報下達的稿件擬訂和打印的工作之外，我還主動與主任、書記商量制作一個課件資源庫供我鎮(zhèn)各個站點借閱。這段時間里，我以鎮(zhèn)為中心，把站點分成四個片區(qū)，每個片區(qū)找兩個站點設備比較好，站點技術員樂于助人、勤奮好學的，借我的雙休日到站點上進行有針對性的重點加強培訓。
在這里生活和工作的幾個月里，我時刻以一名優(yōu)秀的團員和光榮大學生志愿者的形象和作風面對與我交往的每一個人，主動適應并融入苗族人的生活起居、風俗習慣。在住村期間，與老百姓同吃同住，與民同樂，共同生活，并盡量做到不給他們添麻煩;在辦公室里，團結同事，虛心請教，主動幫助同事，遇到來訪的村里人，我都主動與他們打招呼，倒上一杯熱水，主動幫助解決問題和尋找解決問題的途徑。在接聽電話時能夠較好的使用文明禮貌用語。平常與鎮(zhèn)上領導及領導家里人交往，認真做到使用敬稱、尊老愛幼、熱情誠懇、與人為善、樂于助人，決不做有損大學生形象和與團的宗旨相違背的事情。在生活和工作上遇到困難能夠主動找辦公室主任和分管書記協商解決，并能夠較好地給團市委匯報每個月的工作和生活情況。
在這五個月里，我因為到市里邊培訓和開會請過五次假，去看望生病住院的同學成新平請過兩次假，都經過了主任和分管書記的批準，并按時返回消假，沒有耽誤正常工作的開展。十一長假我在鎮(zhèn)上值班四天，三天去柏松村培訓。元旦節(jié)，我在鎮(zhèn)上幫助打印綜治工作材料、黨建工作材料，整理遠程教育工作材料。五個月里，星期天除了到市里買生活用品和一次去同學成新平那里之外，多數時間在鎮(zhèn)上加班或在站點上刻錄光盤、培訓技術員。
在這里工作的日子里，我能夠做到每天早晨提前進辦公室、簽到、幫助主任打掃衛(wèi)生、燒開水等日常辦公室工作。平常輪班也能認真負責地與其他同志一起值班。晚上沒事的時候，我除了練習書法、學習電腦、剪貼報紙、摘抄寫作、看電視外，從未從事賭博以及任何贏利性活動。在這一年時間里，為了一心一意做好服務工作，給我的志愿生涯劃上一個圓滿的句號，也未曾參加研究生和公務員考試。同時，為了更好的促進我鎮(zhèn)經濟繁榮，在做好遠程教育工作的基礎上，我還將《農民日報》、《農民文摘》、《人民日報農業(yè)版》《農村工作通訊》等報刊雜志上的內容親手打出來，發(fā)放到站點上供培訓時候翻閱。
作為一個大學生志愿者，我有很高的工作熱情和強烈的意愿去通過努力成為祖國強有力的建設者和人民忠實而可靠的服務者。在以后的工作和生活中，我會繼續(xù)沿用本本分分做人，踏踏實實做事的人生座右銘，謙虛謹慎，不驕不躁，向書本學習，群眾學習，向領導學習，向工作學習，向社會學習。
