一、日常學(xué)習(xí)法
1.制定長遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo),明確每節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)
根據(jù)不同學(xué)習(xí)階段及自身能力確立一個“跳一跳才能夠得著”的長遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)。有了目標(biāo)就有了學(xué)習(xí)動力,有了責(zé)任感、緊迫感及努力方向。另外還要學(xué)會根據(jù)不同課型確定每節(jié)課的認(rèn)知小目標(biāo),這樣一開始上課,就會受到目標(biāo)的激勵,使大腦處于興奮狀態(tài),才能定向注意,專心致志地去主動學(xué)習(xí),提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。
2.爭取課內(nèi)外各種機會多練習(xí)英語
