　　這份關(guān)于城市發(fā)展的報告由中國社會科學(xué)出版社發(fā)布，并指出，產(chǎn)生這一現(xiàn)象的根源來自人口的過度膨與城市資源嚴(yán)重稀缺之間的不平衡。

　　這份報告還指出，在今后一段時間內(nèi)，這些大城市會遭受“城市病”集中爆發(fā)而帶來的問題，而這些問題則會成為影響城市穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的潛在的嚴(yán)重威脅。
