　　Review your notes from the previous class session before you come to class. This will help you remember what was covered and get you ready to understand new information your teacher provides.

　　上新課之前，先回顧一下上堂課的筆記。這樣既可以復(fù)習(xí)已學(xué)的內(nèi)容，又能為吸收新的知識做好準(zhǔn)備。

　　Complete all assigned readings before you come to class. Your teacher will expect that you have done this and will use and build upon this information.

　　上新課之前，完成老師布置的閱讀作業(yè)。你的老師希望你能夠認(rèn)真完成它，因為在學(xué)習(xí)新課時，會用到這些閱讀材料。

　　Bring all note-taking materials with you to class. Have several pens and pencils as well as your notebook.

　　Keep your attention focused on what your teacher is saying. Listen for "signal statements" that tell you what your teacher is about to say is important to write in your notes. Singing a song also helps activate the creative side of your brain which can help you come up with more examples as your practice conversation or do some creative writing.

This will help solidify your knowledge with movement.

You can combine use this also to activate your vocabulary by choosing a picture that has something to do with the subject your are going to study in English.
