句型:--When is the school trip? -- It’s April 19th.
2、能力目標:進一步熟練運用以“When……..?”開頭,關(guān)于日期的回答。
3、情感目標:通過了解一些著名人物的“birthday”, 使學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)他們積極的學(xué)習(xí)工作態(tài)度。

Step1 預(yù)習(xí)并嘗試性探究:
根據(jù)漢語寫出下列英語單詞或短語并展示.

2. 生生合作:
運用When is ------? It's----- 詢問活動日程
1) 兩人一組練習(xí)下列對話
A. When is the school trip? B. It's August 5th.
2) 組內(nèi)同學(xué)合作,根據(jù)3a表格做替換練習(xí)對話
3) 根據(jù)3b對話及表格進行練習(xí)
4) 小組競賽,展示對話,完成3b
5) 學(xué)會安排活動日程,寫出有關(guān)自己活動日程的句子.
Step4 梳理歸納:
when譯為“什么時候,何時”,一般用于詢問“某天,某周,某月,某年”等,如:When is your birthday? 而what time譯為“幾點”,一般用于詢問具體的鐘點,常以at + 幾點的形式出現(xiàn)。如:What time do you get up in the morning? I get up at 6:00.
Step5 拓展創(chuàng)新:
1. 英語中表達年月日的方法有兩種: 月,日,年或日,月,年這兩種形式如:July 10th, 2010 = the tenth of July, 2010. 它的前面常用介詞in或on, 當只出現(xiàn)年,月時就用介詞“in”,當出現(xiàn)具體的時間時就用“on”。
2. 某人年齡的表示方法常用:1). 主語+ be + 基數(shù)詞 2). 主語+ be + 基數(shù)詞year(s) old 3. 有時還可用 “主語+ be + a 數(shù)字—year—old + 名詞。”的形式。如:He is five. = He is five years old. = He is a 5—year—old boy. 提問年齡用how old.

解析:根據(jù)年齡表達法,此處需要復(fù)合形容詞來作定語,故選D。
