In this age of information, economic globalization is subjecting the entire world to an irresistible, all-encompassing and profound transformation. Any single nation has the likelihood to exceed the boundaries of its domestic market, and its natural and human resources to realize an optimum allocation of resources on the international level. By now, a pattern of multinational competition has developed and China’s accession into the WTO has provided it with a rare opportunity to integrate into the international mainstream economies and to realize its immense development potential. But at the same time China is bound to an important obligation—its solemn promise to abide by all the rules and regulations of trade as agreed upon by all the WTO member countries. Under such circumstances, it is necessary for China to open its market according to prevalent international conventions and practices and bring its mode of economic operation and management, along with relevant laws and regulations, into an international framework until absolute conformity is achieved.
Against such a larger background, the physical and geographical concept of the nationality of an enterprise has been virtually eliminated. The intensification of international competition is bound to create resource allocation on a global scale. How to implement cross-population and trans-cultural management system and comprehensively elevate international competitiveness is a challenging subject that enterprises in developing countries like China have to face. It is precisely based on this recognition that I, now on the verge of completing my undergraduate program, plans to pursue a master’s program in management whereby I may study and research on how international economy operates and how multinational companies apply their effective management.
My four-year undergraduate program in Broadcast and Television Journalism at the Department of Journalism and Information Communication of _ University of Science and Technology has enabled me to acquire an open mentality, acute insights and rich practical experience. I have been the top student of my class, not only because of my consistent No. 1 ranking in terms of academic performance but also because of my role as major organizer of a number of extracurricular activities related to journalistic practices. As vice head of our university’s TV station, I produced a great number of special feature programs. I interned at a local newspaper office and at _ Provincial TV Station, winning a provincial-level award for my journalistic reporting. I was the assistant producer of a special show about _ Province in a serial program “Across China” by _’s Phoenix Cable TV. Through playing different roles, as a student of journalism and working as journalist and TV producer, I have developed an important academic foundation, effective management skills and interpersonal communication. In addition, I have a unique advantage—I have done a second degree in English for Science and Technology. Those factors will be important for my working toward a more advanced degree program.
As a sophomore, I started my bi-degree program in business administration. I prized this important opportunity as I discovered that it is the subject in which my true interest lies. In this program, I have systematically studied all the relevant management courses including Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Market Planning. My academic performance in this program is equally satisfactory. In May 2002, as one of a few student delegates, I participated in the Third MBA Development Forum of China held in the City of _. I helped my advisor prepare his presentation and I also interviewed leading scholars and experts on MBA in our country. This experience significantly deepened my understanding of management and broadened academic perspectives.
My distinguished academic performance in the first three years has qualified me for a direct master’s program in journalism in my Alma Mater. However, I am very clear about my academic interest and my future career objectives. Therefore I have relinquished the offer in favor of applying for a more advanced education in management. As a discipline western in origin, management science is undoubtedly a field of study whose teaching and research western universities are most good at. Therefore, I am determined to apply for a Master’s program The London School of Economics and Political Science,arguably the better of the best western universities in social sciences. Your esteemed university enjoys a unique academic position and an unparalleled academic reputation in the western world, with a large number of leading scholars working in their respective fields. Situated in London where one can witness distinctive cultural parallelism, it will not only teach me the most updated professional knowledge but also ample sociological understanding of its cultural diversity.
In my proposed study, I will contribute my research talents because I possess experience of participating in a major research project. For an entire year from December 2002 to December 2003, as the sole undergraduate of the research group, I took part in the Study of _ City’s Specialized Water Management System, which is part of the country’s “863” key scientific and technological research program undertaken by _ Bluewater Science and Technology Company. I performed field study of the water resources in the _ region of _ City and the wealth of statistics that I collected and codified provided valuable reference materials for the entire research group. In addition, I proposed that BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer)could be employed to construct a small-scale waste-water treatment plant. The most important role I played was the substantive research I carried out for the topic on Lake Management System and the research report that I co-authored. Prof. _, the leader of the research group, praised me as “demonstrating impressive professional dedication and sound research potential, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.”
I have lived a colorful extracurricular life. Learning dancing in my childhood, I became the leader of the dancing team of our university’s art troupe, and launched traveling performances in neighboring provinces. Representing _ Province, I participated in China’s First National Dancing Contest for University Students, at which I won the third prize. Moreover, as a key member on the Student Management Committee of our university’s library, I organized a campus-wide book-reading festival. 如何達(dá)到公費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)條件
一、申請(qǐng)者應(yīng)具備的基本條件:
(1)熱愛(ài)社會(huì)主義祖國(guó),具有良好的思想和業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)并在工作、學(xué)習(xí)中表現(xiàn)突出,具有學(xué)成回國(guó)為祖國(guó)建設(shè)服務(wù)的事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感。
(2)申請(qǐng)者應(yīng)為高等院校、企事業(yè)單位、各級(jí)行政單位、科研單位的正式工作人員或注冊(cè)在讀學(xué)生。暫不受理無(wú)業(yè)人員、個(gè)體從業(yè)者及正在境外學(xué)習(xí)或工作人員的申請(qǐng)。
曾享受?chē)?guó)家留學(xué)基金資助出國(guó)留學(xué)的人員,回國(guó)后工作一般須滿五年方可再次申請(qǐng)國(guó)家留學(xué)基金資助。
(3)具有相當(dāng)?shù)膶W(xué)術(shù)水平和業(yè)務(wù)能力。
(4)身心健康(須附市級(jí)以上醫(yī)院出具的體檢證明)。
(5)外語(yǔ)水平須達(dá)到留學(xué)基金委規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),具體要求請(qǐng)見(jiàn)《2005年國(guó)家留學(xué)基金資助出國(guó)留學(xué)外語(yǔ)條件要求及有關(guān)情況說(shuō)明》。
1、申請(qǐng)具體出國(guó)留學(xué)項(xiàng)目的,應(yīng)符合有關(guān)出國(guó)留學(xué)項(xiàng)目規(guī)定的具體條件。
2、出國(guó)大學(xué)生和研究生的外語(yǔ)能力必須達(dá)到能聽(tīng)課的水平。
3、身體條件各類(lèi)公派出國(guó)留學(xué)人員的健康狀況,必須符合出國(guó)留學(xué)的規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),經(jīng)過(guò)省、市一級(jí)醫(yī)院檢查并得到健康合格證明書(shū)(證書(shū)有效期為一年)。
4、政治條件熱愛(ài)祖國(guó),熱愛(ài)社會(huì)主義,思想品德優(yōu)良,在實(shí)際工作和學(xué)習(xí)中表現(xiàn)突出,積極為社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)服務(wù)。
5、業(yè)務(wù)條件出國(guó)大學(xué)生應(yīng)是高中畢業(yè)、成績(jī)優(yōu)秀的人員。
二、公費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)申請(qǐng)類(lèi)別及要求
1、博士研究生
申請(qǐng)時(shí)年齡不超過(guò)35歲(1976年3月20日以后出生),具有碩士學(xué)位,或申請(qǐng)時(shí)為應(yīng)屆本科畢業(yè)生,或在讀碩士生(含應(yīng)屆碩士畢業(yè)生)或博士一年級(jí)學(xué)生。來(lái)自高等院校的申請(qǐng)人申請(qǐng)時(shí)應(yīng)為就讀高校的全日制在讀學(xué)生(委托培養(yǎng)和定向生除外)。申請(qǐng)時(shí)須提交國(guó)外教育機(jī)構(gòu)的入學(xué)通知書(shū)或邀請(qǐng)信復(fù)印件、免學(xué)費(fèi)或獲得學(xué)費(fèi)資助證明復(fù)印件、經(jīng)國(guó)外導(dǎo)師簽字的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃(外文)、雅思/托??荚嚦煽?jī)單復(fù)印件或外方院校/導(dǎo)師出具的外語(yǔ)合格證明。入學(xué)時(shí)間原則上為申請(qǐng)當(dāng)年。
2、聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士生
申請(qǐng)時(shí)應(yīng)為就讀高校/科研機(jī)構(gòu)的全日制優(yōu)秀在讀博士研究生,年齡不超過(guò)35歲(1976年3月20日以后出生);申請(qǐng)時(shí)需提交國(guó)外教育機(jī)構(gòu)出具的入學(xué)通知書(shū)或正式邀請(qǐng)信復(fù)印件、國(guó)內(nèi)外導(dǎo)師共同制定的研修計(jì)劃、就讀學(xué)校學(xué)籍證明、推選單位出具的外語(yǔ)考試(核)證明或外方院校、導(dǎo)師出具的外語(yǔ)合格證明或雅思/托福/WSK考試成績(jī)單復(fù)印件、及可能發(fā)生的與學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)費(fèi)用說(shuō)明;入學(xué)時(shí)間為申請(qǐng)當(dāng)年。申請(qǐng)人如無(wú)法在規(guī)定畢業(yè)時(shí)間內(nèi)完成留學(xué)計(jì)劃,需推選單位單獨(dú)出具同意推遲答辯、畢業(yè)的書(shū)面證明。
3、碩士研究生
申請(qǐng)時(shí)年齡不超過(guò)30歲(1981年3月20日以后出生),應(yīng)具有學(xué)士學(xué)位,或?yàn)閮?yōu)秀應(yīng)屆本科畢業(yè)生;申請(qǐng)時(shí)須提交國(guó)外教育機(jī)構(gòu)出具的入學(xué)通知書(shū)復(fù)印件。僅限申請(qǐng)現(xiàn)有碩士研究生項(xiàng)目,詳見(jiàn)《2011年國(guó)家留學(xué)基金資助出國(guó)留學(xué)項(xiàng)目一覽表及項(xiàng)目指南》。
4、訪問(wèn)學(xué)者(含博士后研究)或高級(jí)研究學(xué)者。
曾經(jīng)享受?chē)?guó)家留學(xué)基金資助出國(guó)留學(xué)的人員,回國(guó)后工作須滿五年方可再次申請(qǐng)。

三、公費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)申請(qǐng)辦法
凡符合本簡(jiǎn)章及有關(guān)出國(guó)留學(xué)項(xiàng)目規(guī)定申報(bào)條件的中國(guó)公民,均可按規(guī)定的程序和辦法申請(qǐng)國(guó)家留學(xué)基金資助出國(guó)留學(xué)。
1、國(guó)家留學(xué)基金全額資助項(xiàng)目、與有關(guān)國(guó)家互換獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金項(xiàng)目按照“個(gè)人申請(qǐng),專(zhuān)家評(píng)審,平等競(jìng)爭(zhēng),擇優(yōu)錄取”的方式進(jìn)行選拔,并由留學(xué)基金委委托有關(guān)國(guó)家留學(xué)基金申請(qǐng)受理機(jī)構(gòu)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)受理機(jī)構(gòu))受理,留學(xué)基金委不直接受理個(gè)人及單位的申請(qǐng)。受理機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)接受咨詢、受理申請(qǐng)材料及對(duì)材料進(jìn)行審核等事宜。各受理機(jī)構(gòu)的地址及電話請(qǐng)上_網(wǎng)查詢。
自2005年1月5日起,各受理機(jī)構(gòu)將具體提供有關(guān)咨詢并受理申請(qǐng)。受理申請(qǐng)截止日期為2005年3月10日。
2、專(zhuān)項(xiàng)出國(guó)留學(xué)項(xiàng)目及有關(guān)合作項(xiàng)目按照“個(gè)人申請(qǐng),單位推薦,專(zhuān)家評(píng)審,平等競(jìng)爭(zhēng),擇優(yōu)錄取”的方式進(jìn)行選拔,由各有關(guān)單位按項(xiàng)目要求統(tǒng)一組織申報(bào)并提交申請(qǐng)材料,留學(xué)基金委不受理個(gè)人申請(qǐng)。
部分項(xiàng)目如高?;A(chǔ)課任課教師出國(guó)研修項(xiàng)目、俄羅斯藝術(shù)類(lèi)項(xiàng)目等,留學(xué)基金委將委托有關(guān)受理機(jī)構(gòu)受理申請(qǐng)(具體項(xiàng)目請(qǐng)查閱附件五《通過(guò)受理機(jī)構(gòu)申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目一覽表》)。
其他項(xiàng)目由留學(xué)基金委按項(xiàng)目要求直接受理申請(qǐng)。部分項(xiàng)目的遴選事宜,留學(xué)基金委將及時(shí)在_網(wǎng)上公布并將遴選通知發(fā)至有關(guān)單位,在此之前暫不受理申請(qǐng)。具體申請(qǐng)辦法請(qǐng)查閱《2005年國(guó)家留學(xué)基金資助出國(guó)留學(xué)項(xiàng)目指南》。
四、公費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)申請(qǐng)者應(yīng)提交以下申請(qǐng)材料:
(1)《國(guó)家留學(xué)基金管理委員會(huì)出國(guó)留學(xué)申請(qǐng)表》(2005年版);
(2)本人所在單位出具的由單位負(fù)責(zé)人簽發(fā)和蓋有單位公章的《單位推薦意見(jiàn)表》;
(3)兩份由具有正高級(jí)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)專(zhuān)家、學(xué)者出具并署名的推薦信(固定樣式);
(4)工作簡(jiǎn)歷;
(5)獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)復(fù)印件(若無(wú)可不附);
(6)國(guó)外單位邀請(qǐng)信復(fù)印件(若無(wú)可不附);
(7)身份證、職稱(chēng)證書(shū)、學(xué)歷、學(xué)位證書(shū)復(fù)印件;
(8)外語(yǔ)水平證明復(fù)印件(若無(wú)可不附);
(9)體檢表原件;
(10)有關(guān)項(xiàng)目要求提交的其他材料;
(11)《出國(guó)留學(xué)專(zhuān)家評(píng)審意見(jiàn)表》;
(12)《CSC出國(guó)留學(xué)基金申請(qǐng)人員信息一覽表》。
《國(guó)家留學(xué)基金管理委員會(huì)出國(guó)留學(xué)申請(qǐng)表》、《單位推薦意見(jiàn)表》、《專(zhuān)家推薦信(附件2-1)》、《專(zhuān)家推薦信(附件2-2)》、《出國(guó)留學(xué)專(zhuān)家評(píng)審意見(jiàn)表》、《CSC出國(guó)留學(xué)基金申請(qǐng)人員信息一覽表》等請(qǐng)從_網(wǎng)下載(所有表格均為WORD格式),并按規(guī)定填寫(xiě)(具體請(qǐng)見(jiàn)附件四《關(guān)于準(zhǔn)備國(guó)家留學(xué)基金資助出國(guó)留學(xué)申請(qǐng)材料的說(shuō)明》)。
申請(qǐng)者須向受理機(jī)構(gòu)提交申請(qǐng)材料一式五份(原件一份,復(fù)印件四份)。提交材料時(shí),須按規(guī)定交納報(bào)名費(fèi)和評(píng)審費(fèi)共計(jì)人民幣500元/人。
西班牙留學(xué)打工許可與時(shí)間限制
一、打工許可
留學(xué)生想要從事兼職的工作,還需要申請(qǐng)學(xué)生資格外的許可,這對(duì)大家來(lái)說(shuō),并不是一件很難的事情,不過(guò)需要按照流程走,這樣會(huì)更節(jié)省時(shí)間,并且更快的拿到結(jié)果一些。
大家需要準(zhǔn)備好護(hù)照和居留等身份的復(fù)印件,并且還要出示學(xué)生身份的證明,需要去學(xué)校的負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)進(jìn)行開(kāi)具,還需要準(zhǔn)備自己的課程表,表明自己有比較充足的時(shí)間進(jìn)行兼職。
二、時(shí)間限制
1.周末
在正常的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間即周一到周五的時(shí)候,選擇兼職的學(xué)生數(shù)量不算多,因?yàn)槠綍r(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)是比較重的,還會(huì)有各種課外的活動(dòng)安排,包括興趣小組,所以盡量不要在這期間工作。
可以選擇周末的時(shí)候,周末一般是沒(méi)有安排課程的,這樣大家可以有比較富足的時(shí)間,而且相對(duì)連貫的時(shí)間,也便于大家尋找合適的工作,可以選擇的崗位也會(huì)多一些,一周最多能工作20個(gè)小時(shí)。
2.假期
假期大家可以合法居留,但是沒(méi)有了學(xué)生身份的限制,大家可以進(jìn)行全職的工作,不受到時(shí)間的限制,有了足夠的時(shí)間之后,可以選擇一些專(zhuān)業(yè)性比較高的工作,這樣對(duì)大家提升能力會(huì)比較有幫助。
假期也是實(shí)習(xí)的很重要階段,很多專(zhuān)業(yè)都是有要求的,大家需要在滿足要求的情況下進(jìn)行工作的安排,這樣能夠一舉多得,很多學(xué)校會(huì)有合作企業(yè),實(shí)力有保障,可以優(yōu)先考慮。
三、常見(jiàn)工作
兼職一般時(shí)間比較零散,不適合專(zhuān)業(yè)度比較高的工作,適合大家的主要是服務(wù)員、店員等體力類(lèi)的工作,或者個(gè)人的語(yǔ)言能力強(qiáng)一點(diǎn)的話,可以考慮家教和導(dǎo)游,以及翻譯的工作。
而實(shí)習(xí)則需要抓住機(jī)會(huì),大家可以選擇正式的工作,積累專(zhuān)業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),會(huì)對(duì)大家未來(lái)的求職帶來(lái)積極的影響,能夠?qū)ξ磥?lái)的工作起到助力的作用。
